Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and in compliance with disclosure requirements, the Company hereby informs that Mr. Yutaka Inano, Director, DIN: 06638548, Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Board with effect from May 01, 2026.
The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable services and guidance rendered by him during his tenure.
